He will be supported by a mixed gender team on mixed shifts of days and waking nights.Mental Health Support Worker Required Skills and Experience * Social care experience, ideally within mental health and with some experience of supporting individuals with Schizophrenia. * Experience providing encouragement to a person with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities. * Experience supporting individuals with behaviours which may be considered challenging. * Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments. * You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months.
