ABOUT THE ROLE Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.02 an hour; this increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills. By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly. Stores Person plays an important part in ensuring the maintenance team have all necessary items to be able to maintain the site and that prisoners have items they require during their time there. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility. You will be responsible for: Issuing stock (e.g., clothing) to prisoners promptly. Keeping accurate records of stock and tracking items issued to prisoners. Regularly checking stock levels to prevent shortages. Moving stock, including heavy lifting. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the Stores. Ensuring health and safety standards are met across the contract. Packing and sending items via courier for safe delivery. Participate in group activities, meals preparation, and assist with young people’s transition out of care. Maintain accurate records and report on young people’s progress and incidents. HAC543 Area Relief Officer Leicestershire and Derbyshire Area Relief Security Officer required for shifts at various sites in and around the area of Leicestershire and Derby, zero hours contract, weekly rota is depending on acceptance of offered shifts. Shifts WILL include days, nights and weekends as required. Duties include access control, patrolling, locking, and unlocking of buildings, CCTV Monitoring, Reception cover and other security tasks as required. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises.
