Hard work and the belief that nothing is impossible is at the core of the INEOS values, we believe this is what sets us apart from the rest.Join us on our exciting journey as we shape the future with innovative CO2 storage projects, new energy investments as well as the safe and reliable production of energy for our customers.We are looking for a Materials and Warehouse Co-Ordinator to provide logistics and material management support to our operations team, ensuring smooth running of operations in line with INEOS UK schedules.Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesManage all day-to-day warehouse activity including Stock Management, scheduling loadouts, receipt of goods and management of goods outward.Ensure correct certification is received and stored for engineering review, assisting with QA/QC.Complete commercial invoice and manifest equipment accordingly in preparation for boat loadout and/or air freight.Communicate loadout activity and commercial invoice with the OIM and other relevant offshore personnel.Complete dangerous goods paperwork and liaise with all relevant parties in the process of this.Ensure the timely completion of all field requisitions/call offs received from offshore operating assets and where applicable, onward distribution of engineering related requisitions to discipline Operations Engineer for further action.Assist in the accuracy of offshore personnel movements and boat movements using planning tool as required and cover this role during holiday and sickness periods.Provide regular support to the Senior the Senior Logistics Co-ordinator and Operations Cost Controller.Liaise with discipline Operations Engineers as required.Protection of individual and team safety, health, and the environment in accordance with governing company procedures, IGGNs (INEOS Group Guidelines) and legislation.Promote, through ownership and participation, the INEOS 20 principles and auditing in all aspects of production and operationsSupplementary duties as required to support other assets and the wider INEOS EnergySkills & Knowledge Technical SkillsForklift certificate preferred.Good working knowledge of MS Office.Numerate.Behavioural skillsHave a structured, well-organised and enthusiastic approach to work.Able to work under time pressure and deliver a reasoned outcome both autonomously and collectively.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Team player – able to develop good working relationships to maximise effectiveness.Ability to identify potential issues and proactively find solutions.What we offerSalary + bonus + pensionStructure being a key member of a small teamRange of staff discounts on INEOS products and partnerships.Benefits including health, dental, car and bike scheme
