We may also ask you for evidence of any training or qualifications that are mandatory for specific positions with particular companies.\nReferees - we will ask you for two references or two referees that we can contact on your behalf in accordance with Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) guidelines. Whilst the regulations have been conceived to ensure greater legislative protection for candidates, there may be issues which conflict with the spirit of the IR35 rules.\nOpting out of the regulations will have benefits if you decide that you want to be considered self-employed. This will mean you will not be afforded the same protection as that of our PAYE workers but does bring you a step closer to being seen as genuinely self-employed and therefore could be viewed as outside the scope of the IR35 tax rules. If you wish to opt-out, you need to do so before your contract starts. To do this, please inform your consultant and sign and return the EAA opt-out form. Please note if we do not receive your signed form then your opt-out will be invalid.\nFor more information on these rules and the implications and benefits of opting out of the Conduct Regulations, please take independent advice from Professional Passport or view the Government guidance - EAA guidance notes.

Delivery Driver / Food Courier
Just Eat - Delivery Driver
London
Just Eat is the largest food delivery company in the UK. They are currently looking for delivery drivers in London - it's a flexible, app-based job where you decide when and how much you want to work. Flexibility means that you'll be letting Jus Eat know about your availability in advance using the app - thanks to this Just Eat can ensure that you're busy during the working hours you want to be, which ultimately leads to more money for completed deliveries. It's a bit different model than in most delivery apps, where you just sign in and wait for opportunities to pop up, without a guarantee of work, and thus lower earnings. The app is going to notify you about any deliveries currently available nearby. It is free to sign up and does not issue any commissions or fees. Any tips given, you keep 100% of it. You get paid via direct deposit on a weekly basis. In order to start, you have to be at least 18 years old, have own car/bike/moped/scooter/motorcycle (1990 or newer), vehicle registration and insurance if needed, a smartphone with data plan, and a thermal bag (you can buy one from Just Eat directly). Apply now and start immediately!
