The VP, Sales drives regional revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and optimizing global channels across all brands. Reporting to the CRO, this role leads regional teams and ensures alignment with Music Tribe’s business objectives to expand market presence and accelerate growth worldwide. Strategy Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies aimed at maximizing regional revenue and market share. Business Opportunities: Identify and capture new market, sectors, and partnerships that drive business expansion. Global Business Initiatives : Design and drive long-term initiatives to enter new markets and expand Music Tribe’s footprint. Strategic Partnerships: Lead and influence relationships with key industry players, driving collaborative growth. Channel Strategies: Align and optimize channel strategies. Operations Business Development Teams: Manage and lead regional teams in EMEA region to ensure seamless execution of global business strategies. Strategic Alliances: Build and strengthen strong relationships with technology providers, distributors and other key partners. Global Sales Channel: Oversee and ensure regional channels, including distributors and resellers, are optimized for maximum profitability and market reach. Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate and align with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of business initiatives. Sales Operations: Oversee and streamline global sales operations to ensure high-quality customer engagement and fulfillment. Compliance Business Transactions: Ensure and maintain all business operations comply with global regulations and partner agreements. Internal Policies: Enforce and maintain strict adherence to Music Tribe’s internal policies in all business dealings. Risk in Partnerships: Identify and evaluate risks in global partnerships and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity. Contractual Compliance: Establish and ensure that all channel partners adhere to contractual terms and obligations. Policy Updates: Implement and update compliance policies as market and legal requirements evolve. Qualifications Professional Background: Minimum of 7 years in business development, marketing, or related fields. Experience: Extensive experience in managing regional sales teams, channel relationships, and business development initiatives. Skills: Extensive experience in managing regional sales teams, channel relationships, and business development initiatives. Knowledge: Expertise in developing and optimizing global channel strategies to drive revenue growth. Attributes: Strategic thinker with excellent operational and team management skills.
