About the Role: Production Operatives provide a key role in the business where they work in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner whilst operating various equipment and processes within their organisation. Role Responsibilities: In this role you will monitor the performance of all the sections equipment and products and ensure that they all comply with current technical specifications and procedures. We are now looking for a Maintenance Operative to work in conjunction with, and to support the Property and Maintenance team. Role & Responsibilities: To provide 1st/2nd fix plumbing, bathroom/kitchen fit-outs, leaks tracing, minor/major plumbing installations. To carry out maintenance work by way of a wide range of repairs/ works including, plumbing, drainage, basic carpentry/joinery, decorating, fencing, general repairs, and handyman jobs, etc. To undertake routine checks of property, household equipment, report concerns, arrange servicing. To undertake general property upkeep such as painting and decorating, window cleaning, changing light bulbs. To install (or assemble/reinstate) and move (or assist with) shelving, furniture and other household fixtures and fittings. To perform manual handling duties, eg, carrying and moving furniture and equipment in accordance with manual handling instructions and guidelines.
